Colby Lee Swift

With his deep-rooted traditional country sound and authentic, heartfelt storytelling, Colby Lee Swift is continuing to carve his own path in country music.  Born and raised on a ranch in Midfield, Texas, Colby's passion for traditional country music and honest songwriting often draws comparisons to Johnny Cash, while his sound is influenced by Texas legends such as George Strait and John Conlee.

 

Colby began playing guitar at age five, started singing at 15, and was performing live by 17.  Now, he returns with his newest release, "Old Hank Song," a track that further showcases his commitment to preserving the timeless spirit of country music while connecting with a new generation of listeners.

 

"Old Hank Song" follows the success of Colby's breakout single "Joker's Heart," which has surpassed 500,000 global streams since its release on May 1 and continues to gain momentum across streaming platforms.  The song builds on the foundation established by previous fan favorites including "Can't Outrun the Heartache, "John Deere Rust, "Money To Drank," and "Chaser," which peaked at #18 on the Texas Regional Radio Chart and helped capture the attention of industry leaders including William Morris Endeavor Entertainment and BMG Publishing.  Colby has also had the privilege of working alongside acclaimed multi-instrumentalist and producer Brent Rader on many of these releases.
